Hello Friends, Family, and Clients alike,

When I first moved here, I was looking for a beginner's yoga class to replace the one I departed from in PA. After a recommendation, I was elated to find a $3 class on the island only a few minutes away. That's when I met Shannon! She was my new instructor. She is down to earth but deeply spiritual at the same time. She makes the classes accessible and even humorous at times. She, like myself, had found her way out of a toxic lifestyle and was finding her new life and calling. I find myself always looking forward to our weekly classes. Her continual growth is an inspiration to me. Besides her depth, she can always laugh at herself and always has everyone else laughing with her.

Shannon fulfilled her dreams of opening her own yoga studio in the haven "Rebel Soul Yoga." In addition to yoga, she offers workshops and classes. She also runs "Moon Circles" for women twice a month, one for the New Moon and one for the Full Moon." Here we exchange powerful ideas, intentions, and positive energy. We celebrate as a womanhood. We support and love each other.

I attended a circle in the summer and in my "intentions" I asked my Higher Power to help me expand my business. I also petitioned that through this career I don't just focus on the "aesthetic but the meaningful and altruistic." I need divinity in my life. In addition to the joy of creating, I need a soulful purpose behind my jewelry bench.

Shannon contacted me a few weeks ago and asked me to create a crystal tiara for her. Sometimes, my clients have more faith in me than I do in myself and usually this happens in commissions- they ask me for things I wouldn't normally think I was capable of creating. Shannon's confidence in me helped instill confidence in myself to tackle the project.

I happened to be cleaning out my jewelry space and found stones I knew would resonant with Shannon. As I sculpted, wired, and soldered the piece together, I felt like I wasn't the only one in my metal shop... It was such a deep, spiritual, and personal experience to create this.

I attended the latest Moon Circle last week and placed Shannon's new tiara on her head. She loved it. I loved it. I am proud and it is the coolest thing I think I've ever made and I'm so honored to have her lead our circle with it. She looked like a princess and she is one!

Alas, my set intentions from the summer blossomed and came true! I am so excited to follow my calling. I have expanded my business, gone deeper with my craft, and have met amazing people on the way that continue to inspire me. Oh - the power of manifestation and true faith!

In the Fall I will be celebrating my love with Chris and we will be saying our vows. You can betcha I'll be wearing an amethyst tiara! I look forward to making more princesses....or princes?

Much love, I look forward to a new warm season of jewelry creating and sharing!
