Agent and Artist?! Can it be done?!?

I've been wanting to become a real estate agent for a little while now, but I didn't want it to interfere with my artistic endeavors- I have actually found a way to have my passions feed each other! I took a gentleman to visit a condo recently and he didn't buy the property but he bought a necklace! I'll take it! And, since I've started with Keller Williams, many other agents have bought my jewelry and have talked it up. I gifted many of them "Jewelry Psychic" originals for Christmas, and one of my colleagues here at Keller Williams is just as obsessed with jewelry as I am! Imagine that! Had the privilege of being hired by a successful team under the Keller umbrella- Hank Troscianiec- so far it's been awesome. I gave my new boss Hank a "Jewelry Psychic". original bracelet he wears every. single. day!

And then, the coolest thing happened this weekend- a client's little daughter, a precocious 7-year-old, made me the cutest bracelet....see below.

Perhaps this "dual" identity as an artist/agent is actually attainable! Woot Woot! Attached are some earring designs I've created over the past month of January. It's been a crazy first month of the year- my family and I caught the Covid. We are "ok" now and have healed enough to continue on with our planned trip to Disney with my niece who just turned 1 year old! I can't wait until she gets old enough that I can bedazzle her! (PM/EM me if you would like any of these...)
